Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Alee Gtz Creations & Printing ! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping for both physical and digital items.
📦 Physical Items (DTF Transfers, handmade Items)
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
- Processing does not include weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), please allow extra time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.
- We ship via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times:
- US Domestic: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Other International: 10–21 business days
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Local Delivery / Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup unless otherwise arranged.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- If your order shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the shipping carrier first.
- If the package is lost in transit, please email us ataleegtz125@yahoo.com and we will do our best to assist.
💻 Digital Downloads (PNG Files, Tags, etc.)
- Digital files are delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase.
- No shipping fees apply to digital products.
- Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
🛍️ Combined Orders
Orders containing both physical and digital products will be partially fulfilled. Digital files are delivered immediately; physical items will be shipped separately.

- Customs fees, duties, or VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
